Walnut Pie


Ingredients:

275 g Flour

225 g Granulated sugar

125 g melted Butter

225 g  eggs  (you will need approx

           4 medium size eggs)

½ tsp. baking soda

½ tsp. baking powder

6 g cinnamon

125 g Walnuts

125 g milk


Preparation:


Mix the granulated sugar in a bowl with the melted butter, eggs, milk, cinnamon and walnuts. When the mixture is homogenized,  add the baking soda and baking powder stirring gradually until  well mixed. Bake in a preheated oven between 150- 160 C for about 45 minutes. It is simply delicious!
