KYKLOS DESIGN

Prawn Sauce with Pasta.

(For 4 people)

Ingredients:

12 shelled prawns  (Clean the prawns,

leaving the head and tail)

1 large gardlic clove

a pinch of chilli

1 cup of brandy

½ glass White wine.

1 bunch of Parsley

200 gr Cherry tomatoes

½ small Jar of ground, peeled tomatoes

Salt & pepper to taste

 

Method:

Chop the garlic and sauté with the pepper in a large frying pan. Add the prawns and fry on a high heat until the prawns are well cooked on both sides. When the prawns are well browned, add the brandy and allow it to evaporate, adding the wine which you also allow to evaporate; then the cherry tomatoes cut into quarters as well as the ground, peeled tomatoes, adding salt and pepper to taste and finally the chopped parsley. Allow the sauce to cook for approx 10 minutes taking care that there is enough liquid so that the sauce does not burn. Add the sauce to any pasta of your choice.
