4 Servings

4 slices of Silverside Beef fillet.

I bunch of coarsely chopped parsley.

5/6 cloves of garlic,

1 glass of white wine.

½ glass of olive oil.

1 litre warm water

¼ cup of vinegar

2 tablespoons all purpose flour

Salt & pepper to taste


Spice meat and coat in flour. Fry the meat in heated oil until it is lightly browned, then set aside. Sauté garlic in olive oil until it is transparent, add the meat to the onions & 1 litre of warm water and simmer for approx 40 minutes. Add the wine and cook until the wine has been absorbed into the sauce. Add ¼ cup of vinegar and chopped parsley, cook for a couple of minutes and serve!
